Eso fue el fin. El pasado viernes 17 mi cableoperadora (VTR) eliminó todos los canales maravillosos que tenían: MTV Live HD, VH1 HD, VH1LA, VH1 MegaHits, MTV Dance y MTV Hits, dejando así solamente MTVLA en SD y HD. 

Seguiré cotizando otras operadoras, para al menos intentar recuperar las señales que son en HD.

 

Éste thread, al igual que el de MTV Dance, MTV Hits y VH1 HD, seguirán abiertos para quién desee seguir colaborando.

Vi en Foromedios la cantidad abismal de canales (buenos) que sacaron... Y todo para darles los HBO gratis? Eso entendí... Un desastre esa decisión.

Acertaste. Tal como dije hace unos meses, VTR eliminó la mayoría de los MTV’s y VH1’s para ofrecer los canales del paquete HBO totalmente gratis, independiente del plan que tenga el cliente, de esa forma, al eliminar canales le dan “espacio” a los HBO’s. A eso agreguemos que seguirán eliminando canales como Universal y SyFy. 
Eliminé el servicio de VTR a fines de Abril, por la misma razón, me cambié a Claro TV y pude recuperar el MTV Live HD y VH1 HD (además de MTVLA).

Since then, no more music video premieres were seen.

This Brazilian local cable operator says "Viacom informed that VH1 Mega Hits will be deactivated on July 1, where it will be replaced by MTV Live HD" ?️
