Update 2:

Quote

We’re told that the JoBros are on track to do as much as 340-360k in total activity in their debut week. Their new Republic album, Happiness Begins, is bundled with tickets for their giant tour; the rule is a maximum four tickets/albums per transaction. But some of the bundle packages offer eight tickets with albums attached. So some ticket bundles may end up being excluded. We hasten to add that this will not change the Jonas lads’ #1 chart position, only their total. Still, since they’re in the running for top debut of the year and need at least 360k to knock labelmate Ariana Grande off that perch, it’s not irrelevant.

Update 1:

Quote

Based on very early reads, Republic's Jonas Brothers are on track for a boffo #1 bow for their new set, Happiness Begins, which is the ST for the documentary about the group now airing on Amazon.

Jonas Brothers (Republic) 325-350k total activity, 285-310k album

This is the boys' first full-length in almost exactly a decade; their Lines, Vines & Trying Times debuted at #1 with 255k in late June of 2009.

The lads' "Sucker" has been an outta-the-park smash, hitting #1 at Pop radio and streaming/selling up a storm. It remains in the Spotify Top 10 on both the U.S. and Global charts as well as at iTunes, where the album is #1.

Could the Bros challenge labelmate Ariana Grande for the year's biggest first week? Stay tuned.

Prognosticators in the know think the project, which just dropped via Republic, could reach as high as 300k in its first week of release. Stay tuned for updates.

Wow that’s super impressive. This is likely going to be on par with their last album opening sales I think?

With bundles?? I can’t see it doing 300k otherwise but then again I didn’t think Sucker would have done well either but it’s crazy that they’re doing more than Billie and touching Ariana’s numbers.

I think they've got tour & merch bundles plus the nostalgia factor. I was expecting 200K but this isn't entirely shocking

They deserve this. Even if they do half of that, it’s really impressive
