Most R&B is stuck on and can't get past the Adult R&B Songs chart whilst Hip Hop dominates the R&B/Hip-Hop chart which used to be Hot R&B Singles. The crap that is played on Urban radio you must be referring to. Everyone from Jhene Aiko to Erykah Badu are stuck on Urban AC, that's where the best R&B music is.
