Netflix is set to release a special later this month, centering around Beyonce's Coachella performance and the cultural impact that it has had.

Why didn't GaGa, who replaced Beyonce the previous year, get this kind of attention?

Because different artists have different visions, goals and trajectories? What kind of dumb question

Because she had only like a few weeks to prepare because she had to replace Beyoncé.

Because she didn't want or need to and because Bey's was better and more impactful.

Also this. Y'all really need to think twice or even thrice before throwing shade, they are getting weaker and weaker everyday.

It was featured in the HBO documentary The Defiant Ones, actually. Gaga is a Coachella headliner. Some girls will absolutely never @_Fey :rip:

Because she has her own critically acclaimed starring role in one of the biggest movies of 2018 and 2019 (which she was chosen for over Bey) + her own Netflix documentary about her entire life.

What an absolutely stupid thread.

gaga already has her own Netflix documentary, which was a success. i'm not sure why she'd require another Netflix original to document the Coachella performance

I wonder if Gaga's A Star Is Born, the film for which she won an Academy Award for Best Original Song, will be released on Netflix in the future
