"Shallow" goes #4 in Brazil, "7 Rings" down to #32

Brazil's official monthly streaming chart is out. Gaga is one of the few artists that are not from here that had an top ten on the charts. Others notable artists are Camila with Havana and Dua Lipa with New Rules that achived this feat in the past.

brazil became very strict to international songs... since 2016.... back in 2011, Marry The Night was a smash hit here, while Judas was the biggest hit of the year (2011)

The popular radio stations saw a decrease on their audience in the last few years, that's why they started playing more brazilian music on their playlists.

 

Int'l songs were the absolute majority on the pop airplay and now they barely add the new singles, they keep overplaying the old hits (such as Havana, One Kiss, New Rules)

 

Shallow barely plays on the pop radios, I once heard someone from MIX FM saying that the song was too depressive...
