Look at the list it’s only 20 songs. Basically only the 20 biggest songs of the year got this award. It’s an incredible achievement

I mean, it's an iHeart award. "Incredible" might be overstating it a bit.

They still dictate a lot of chart positions since h100 is so radio oriented so it definitely means a lot. A lot more than a KCA,TCA, PCA, dare I say an AMA pointless since those are fan voted by bots not actual success.

Tbh, they're all pretty irrelevant awards. Nobody is going to be going around going "oh my God, Camila Cabello won an iHeart award!!!!11".
