Natasha, Nicole & Nelly were the trinity of the mid-2000s

Natasha Bedingfield, Nicole Scherzinger and Nelly Furtado were the queens of pop in the mid-2000s. They gave us bops and we just discarded them when some other new girlies came along. Did they deserve better?

A strong top 5 along with Gwen and Fergie, I'd say.

and just notice, looking back the 2000s pop girls really served a mature/full-grown-woman beauty in them.

I would say the Trinity would be Nelly, Gwen and Fergie. But okay to include Nicole and Natasha in the Top 5, I think they deserve it.

PCD was a significant part of the 2000s pop culture, and Natasha served a lot of bops and was one of my favorite pop girls when I was a kid.

I don't know why people are doubting Nicole. Her voice was regularly heard on the radio from 2005-2009.

On the other hand, Natasha basically only had 2006, Fergie had 2006-07 and Gwen had 2005 and then maybe 2007.

You're acting like Doll Domination was actually a big era :rip: It was clearly a decline from PCD, and if we're counting the PCD era as Nicole's career, we obviously have count BEP for Fergie, which obliterates everything PCD did in the 2000s.

Grammys such BS as always. Loose not even nominated for this category and they want Nelly to present it.

Not y'all pretending Nicole wasn't one of the IT girl in the mid 2000s :deadbanana2: How old are y'all? She was everywhere. From magazine covers, to all the award shows, toured the entire world, served bop after bop, smash hit after smash hit, had hit collabos and was featured in tons of albums by other artists.

It might not have been as successful as PCD, but it did sold well over 3 million and had big worldwide hits like When I Grow Up, I Hate This Part, Jai Ho.. Even the underrated Hush Hush. Their DD tour was massive and sold out all over the world. Nicole had a smash collab with Diddy, Come To Me, she was featured in Timbaland, 50 Cent, Daddy Yankee's albums, she won DWTS, she was in Men In Black 3, she was in Rent.

It's not a matter of adding PCD's success to Nicole's name. She was literally the face and sound of the group. And she WAS one of the IT girls in the mid 2000's, no matter how you spin it...
