Good. it's not country at all.

True, kind of like how Justin has all these songs on the "hot r&b" chart on billboard where they dont belong. They should be in pop.

I'm on Billboard's side. It's not a country song. It just isn't. Just because there's a fake southern accent and a guitar in the background doesn't make it country. It is a mockery of country music and it's a meme song. And Meant To Be was a pop song, but it had a lot more country influence and featured an actual country group, therefore it was a country song. Country radio would never play Old Town Road and true country fans would not like the song.

Go to any writer's round in Nashville, at legendary places like The Bluebird Cafe, and you'll see a diverse array of people with all skin colors, from paper and ivory, to papyrus and cream.

Nashville's country music scene is welcome to Caucasians from all backgrounds.

Remove Lorde's Royals from the RnB chart then

It topped Urban radio :rip:

OT: This should be allowed to chart. They’re obviously factoring in race and they’re trash for that.

If a white man was singing this song it would be in the country charts.

Right. Colt Ford literally sings songs exactly like this and he has charted on the country and the rap charts many of times and looks like this..

Well this is exactly Billboard shouldn’t have changed the genre charts to basically reflect the H100. Like every chart on their site is just a H100 mirror lol.

I just listened to it.. It’s definitely different. But if it’s a paradoy on country music, then it shouldn’t chart there right? But there’s been other circumstances of songs, didn’t a few pop songs chart in the rap charts like Starships?

The last thing the country charts need is a hip hop song to break the all time country record.  They already have enough with a pop song (Meant to bebe) and a pop artist they dislike (bebe) having the all time record :rip:
