Shallow rose in all metrics after Christmas freeze from YT, itunes and Spotify.. nothing weird with that as it is rising in not just one metric and it was everywhere after Globes, Critics Choice, Enigma, Grammys and Oscars. .. However there is that one day when the algorithm changed and it did something like 8M+ 24hr update but it's not the only song, almost everything skyrocketed and after 2days everything returned back to normal. Top twenty on pop but not even top 100 on overall radio (Shallow is top 15 overall radio, btw). Plus on pop radio, 365’s audience is abysmal and audience is what counts and not spins. It’s basically getting spins on irrelevant stations. Right now they're buying views not because they’re trying to make it an actual hit, they know it’s not happening, but to make the views look better.
