Cloröx Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 I believe Fearless is almost 2x Diamonds, Speak Now and Red at least 5x Platinum and 1989 is Diamond too

I believe The Fame and Fearless have long been eligible BUT the certifying committee decided to up the threshold for foreign albums.

I mean Bruno's DW&H is 2x Diamond, and Ed gets same certification too.

Marianah Adkins Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 Good for her but I'm legit surprised that it managed to have the same certification as 1989. Is this with streams? and even then the Reputation era is such a non event compared to 1989, so I'm lowkey suspicious.

They would not certify an album unless you visit the country. This explains why most foreign albums here are criminally undercertified.
