Either way, the two you listed are like biggest name in pop music so it doesn't change the fact that Ari is the biggest streaming female artist anyway. Overall, Rihanna is still a far bigger name with no doubt but in 2019, i don't think she could really pull Ari's streaming numbers with her upcoming era.
