this might flop, but maybe we could use this thread to talk about upcoming tours that we plan on attending, particularly if they aren't 'exciting' enough to have their own thread, haha. we can also chat about the best tours that we've seen, and show off our concert pics, et cetera.

any European Céline Dion fans? she is allegedly going to announce European shows in the next few days.

also, please move this if it is in the wrong section.

I haven't attended many concerts because my geographical location is a flop when it comes to those BUT, I've attended 2 Madonna shows, Nightwish, Megadeth, some festivals where I've seen Garbage, Imagine Dragons, Latin bands like Belanova, Zoe, Calle 13, Aterciopelados etc.

I have 2 concerts I may attend depending on my finances, Miguel Bose, he's one of the biggest solo artists of Spain, big ass career and his discography is basically my childhood thanks to my mother:

Another mammooth artist from Spain I'm DYING to see is La Oreja de Van Gogh, they will come to my hometown in May and they are basically my teenage years:

:jonny2: I'm excited ngl, but nothing is set in stone!

I mean you know I've seen all our faves at least 2 times each.

2015-2016 was the BEST year for concerts for me. Madonna, Rihanna, Beyonce, Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Prince.

Its weird nothing this year has got me excited orher than The Weeknd and Ariana Grande. Not too hyped for Lady Gaga but I'm sure with the announcement and the hype of the stage, VIP etc I might be.

haha @ you mentioning him. he is performing in Mexico City whilst I am there next month, and all that I saw on Ticketmaster was 'Miguel,' and I started freaking out because I thought that it was going to be Miguel, the R&B singer. :deadbanana: I am seeing Bieber twice while I am there, but I am going to listen to this guy's music to see if I want to see him too.

same here, though I remember feeling the same way at the beginning of last year, and as you said, 2016 turned out to be an epic year for concerts in the end. I don't know that 2017 will measure up, but we'll see!

this is my wishful schedule so far, though I don't have tickets for half of these yet:

19 and 21 February - Bieber (Mexico City)

31 March - The Lumineers (Edmonton)

25 April - The Weeknd (Vancouver, haven't decided if I will go yet)

27 April - Lionel Richie/Mariah Carey (Vancouver, same as above)

20 May - Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy (Edmonton)

28 May - Red Hot Chili Peppers (Edmonton)

30 and/or 31 July - Bruno Mars (Edmonton)

26 September - Coldplay (Edmonton)

His music is romantic and sexual for the most part mostly ballads and mid tempo songs, I can make you a playlist of his greatest hits if you want, because that's what he usually sticks too these days :rip:, or just go to Spotify or any streaming service and look for his greatest hits albums. Mexico ADORES him, every mid-high class woman loves him and his appeal grew even more when he participated in the Mexican version of The Voice. He actually interviewed Madonna in 1998 during her Spain visit. Have fun in my country by the way! :gaycat5:

Oh right I forgot about Bruno Mars. I tried to get tickets but I really didn't care. From what I saw when my friend went to the Moonshine Jungle Tour he seems boring.

oh, I've seen this interview! I didn't realize who the interviewer was. I will definitely check out his greatest hits on Spotify, thank you for the recommendation. and I will for sure have fun in your country, I am spending 4 nights in Puerto Vallarta, and then 3 in Mexico City.

I'm not a massive fan of his by any means, but I'll go to one of the shows if I come across some reasonably-priced tickets just to cross him off the list.

^ definitely seeing them in Edmonton. there were extremely cheap tickets on StubHub the day of their last show, but I decided not to go for whatever reason (I think I was too lazy to commute to the arena), and regretted it after.

dayum at your list @Lucyyyyyyyyy:eek: one day I hope to see KoЯn even once, lol.
