Thanks to a fan-driven social media campaign, Mariah Carey’s Glitter album surged 8,374 percent in U.S. album sales in the six days ending Nov. 14, according to preliminary sales reports to Nielsen Music.

In the last six days (Nov. 9-14), the album sold 3,000 copies -- up from a basically negligible figure in the previous six days (Nov. 3-8).

Not 800 copies :dies: Doesn't it need 5 times that to make the Billboard 200?

Disappointed with the actual numbers but whatever, justice was served by having it sit at number one. iTunes is just dead :rip:

Lol how reliable are those numbers?! Ikoons is dead! How can a number 1 album sell that in 5 days. Lol stans can no longer bash number 1 albums in countries like Albania and latvia, they are almost the same thing now hahaha!

I mean, if anything it makes those countries look even worse if iTunes is that dead in the US but stans brag about their fave’s albums still being top 20 on iTunes in Micronesia, Moldova, Estonia, etc. :skull:
