Feminism in Argentina is reaching an all-time high and it's great to see that translated into music with female singers and empowerment tracks dominating this week's issue :clap3:

Why it took so long to start the charts?? I thought there already was a chart :dies:

I wonder what's the formula for the Hot 100. I think it should be based 90% (at least) on streaming services since no one buys songs in the country!

No, they were publishing US' Hot 100. Idk, maybe it was hard to get reliable data or to start Nielsen scanning methodology.

The formula contains streaming data from YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, among others, provided by Nielsen Music, and radio/TV stations data provided by Bmat/Vericast.

They did not mention sales at all :rip:

Mess :dies:

But the truth is that no one in the country buys music (at least songs/singles).

I hope they make Billboard 200 next. It would be interesting to see that!

Oh I didn't knew Argentina's charts include streaming and airplay. Nice to know that! Our charts' formula is still made by airplay only :skull: Billboard Brazil think we're still on 1986.

Becky G singles certification (as of September)

DnEanepVYAAUKtI?format=jpg&name=900x900

- Mayores 3x Platinum (660,000)

- Sin Pijama Platinum (220,000)

- Cuando Te Besé Gold (50,000)

Couldn't find how many streamings equals to a copy sold, but I'm almost positive streamings are included in these certifications.
