pop!corn Posted April 19, 2017 Author Share Posted April 19, 2017 We are one week away from the Grand Finale, and only 3 ACTS will make it to the end. This week you have to post two videos. 1. For the first round, you have to post an ENERGETIC performance, it has to showcase your act’s ability to turn up an audience. 2. For the second live performance, each judge will have to assign a theme to one act. For example, if ceremonials is paired up with Gaga, he can ask her coach Blue Velvet to post her worst performance. If the judge thinks the coach accomplished the task, the act will get +2 points. Otherwise she will loose 2 points. Judges have absolute freedom for the theme as long as it is a LIVE PERFORMANCE. The pairings are based on who’s been more critical about each act: @Oxygen – Demi Lovato / @Noah @ceremonials – Lea Michele / @Dr. Luke @pop!corn – Beyoncé / @Satan @Verge of Obscene – Rihanna / @Marnstar @Pol McCutie – Lady Gaga / @Blue Velvet JUDGES YOU HAVE TO POST THE THEMES FOR THE ACT YOU ARE PAIRED UP WITH ASAP. PLEASE @ THE COACH. COACHES YOU CAN POST YOUR FIRST ROUND PERFORMANCES NOW AND WAIT UNTIL YOU GET A THEME TO POST THE SECOND ONE. YOU HAVE UNTIL SATURDAY NIGHT TO POST YOUR PERFORMANCES. GOOD LUCK. pop!corn Posted April 20, 2017 Author Share Posted April 20, 2017 Hello @Satan My main issue with Beyoncé is that you've chosen performances that are "too perfect", she sounds great and looks great but they are from her official Youtube channel and sometimes they feel edited and not completely authentic. For your Round 2 I wanna see a performance that feels real, choose a video that shows that B is not perfect, but that she still can kill it on stage with here emotion and stage presence. Good luck ! Her voice kinda annoys me but she knows what she's doing technique was. Still, her performances seem a bit lifeless at times. I want you to show me a very emotive performance.
