If these callouts are true, then why are the two on top already recurrent, while the one on the bottom is still going? All 3 of these songs came out at the exact same time.

Both songs did expectionally well, especially "Saturn" which became SZA's first multiweek #1 Pop hit despite not having excellent metrics as their predecessors. Both are among the top 10 most played songs on Pop radio this year, thank you great callouts. Madison is all about payola, let's be real, it will freefall when the nonsense push ends.

Are callouts only based on numbers, or is it possible to see what the radio listeners actually said about these songs and why didn't they potentially like them?

I'm not sure how these US callouts work. But I was contacted by a survey agency in my country, and given 1000 songs to rate (and got paid $60 for it lol). There was no place to comment, only multiple choice out of 5 options: "Love it, Like It, It's OK, Tired of It, or Hate It".

I am shocked at how well it's doing on streaming, her other songs are so much better!

 

either way I am confident that subway (if it ever gets released) will be a mega smash

They are bad, at least for GL,B! considering it should be more familiar with the audience, it should be at least Top 20 to be decent (although it seems to be gaining). I am not that surprised, I could see young adults being passionate about it, while older adults not clicking with it too much, but that's just a guess since we don't have access to raw data.
