It has potential to improve, that's what it's showing. People are getting more familiar with the song and the reception has been more positive with it, that's a good indicator.

This proves that the pop radio bias reported back in October by Billboard was just that, bias. There was no logical reason for not playing Shallow from the start just because it didn't, and doesn't, fit the current top 40 trend. It's not uncommon for pop radio to embrace a few songs that go against the grain, and ballads are usually the ones feeding that market.

 

But it is a BIG kii that this song was released in September and it could still continue to grow :skull: and it's an even bigger kii when you consider that the trailer featuring the song was released in July :skull:

Shallow already debuted on callouts months ago and they weren't so good tho.
