*pretends to be shocked* @ Stupid Love dd

A NRO tea, I really saw it coming :skull: Hopefully it manages to snatch that #10 peak on Pop too.

There’s something about Stupid Love that’s really unpleasant to listen to, not surprised at the bad scores. To Die For debuting high is a nice surprise, but I think it might be too late to save it...

this proves the single could have been a hit if radio didn’t drop the single for obvious reasons.... Sam deserved better but the damn timing

Am I wrong or PI debuted with better score than SL? :skull: Either way this not only proves once again that no one wants this kind of music from her but also that she has no idea what constitutes a good pop song anymore. Oh well, it will be fun to watch this year unfold while everyone pays her and this album dust and it bombs worse than ARTPOP.

SL is bad but not disastrous. Worst thing is the pop score. It's positive and burnout are good enough I think to let radio programmers give it another week to improve. But for some reason callout audiences HATE the main pop girls. It's no surprise. Taylor, Katy, Gaga, etc. will never have good callouts ever again.

Also, is it just me or is everything so low? :rip: I'm still shocked at how low AY and MOM continue to be, even BL is low. Seems like audiences aren't clicking with most of these songs. Maybe corona just has everyone annoyed :rip:

If that is the case then What Hurts the Most really deserved to peak higher. I know pop radio can be hesitant with country crossovers but if I'm not mistaken it's the only one there that peaked outside of top 20 (or top 10).

Yes, it did. It debuted with a 75 Potential score (and 31.6 Net Pos).

I have a theory that while people is listening more to radio (hypotetical case), they're getting more sick and tired of how Pop radio stations overplay the same stuff. But yeah, it's overall low for everyone, it's not like there's a song that people LOVES right now, it's just more than the same and it gets worse every week for almost everyone. AY is not low, but kinda is considering it's the #1 song right now.

BL is alright, but definetely not the monster we thought it'd be.

Yeah, its callouts were crazy impressive, that explains the crazy longevity it had.

Yep, they're truly hesitant when it comes to Country songs. While WHTM was receiving excellent callouts, they refused to play it, when they start to play it more and pay it more attention, GP was tired of it (it took so long). Still, very unfourtanate, it deserved Top 10 at least. :shakeno:

because they release trash songs (the only exception is Lover the song which was good actually) :michael:

Gaga has never really had great callouts to begin with tbh. Even Shallow, which was extremely loved by the GP, didn’t receive great scores. :skull:

I remember The Cure getting her best callouts since Born This Way (song) dd.

I wonder if I Love Me will be debuting soon. I'm scared to see where it'll land as it's already stalling on radio.

To Die For deserved so much more. :weeps: My favorite Sam song since Too Good at Goodbyes and it was paid dust particularly due to circumstances. Ugh, deserves a re-release after this coronavirus gets wiped out.

They did it for “Lay Me Down” and it smashed a bit, it could be done again

Hope so, but I doubt it. It doesn't change the fact that it's an amazing song though, so there's that.
