don't both of them cost the same :michael:

OT: Spotify is easier to navigate, faster, has better playlists, and is more convenient for me.

I had Spotify but switched over to AM and I really like it a lot. If you’re a student, you can take advantage of their three months trial and student discount.

Spotify for the UI, playlists and mood features. Apple Music for K-pop.

AM if you have an iPhone, it makes everything easier. (I switched 2 weeks ago)

Spotify is better playlists wise tho, and it has a charts section.

ive heard that AM is better quality (experience and science proved that 320 kps mp3 is not as good as 256 kps m4a).

spotify is great for playlists and discovering music! but apple music allows you to change artwork and group tracks and albums the way you want without it affecting streaming. for me that fact along makes apple music the best choice for a stan.

I hated on AM in the past due to all the bugs but I decided to try it out and it seems the bugs were all fixed. I would say if you have an Apple device then go for AM. If you like KPOP/JPOP then AM is also better, I found two songs of JPOP on AM that aren't available on Spotify and they have a bigger selection of KPOP on Apple Music. I like Spotify's interface better though.

Yes but then most people would have to risk ruining an iTunes library with years worth of CD rips and/or digital downloads to be able to do that :cm:

Apple Music is what I use, so that. Terrible suggestions though.

Even if I set up my favorite/preferred genres + artists, and like/dislike songs, albums and artists, it still shows me hip hop, rap & R&B all the damn time.

How many streams do you need to sale one SONG ?

How many songs you have to listen to or one album times to make it sales ?

How many times you can listen to one song on ONE IP address to make it sales?

Please

Q: Which one is better?
A: In terms of exclusives, Apple Music. In terms of music discovery/suggestions, Spotify.

Q: Which one has better sound quality?

A: Spotify plays at 320kbps while Apple Music streams at 256kbps. Both are 320kbps on offline streams.

Q: Which one has more music?

A: Apple Music due to exclusive deals.

Q: How many streams do you need to sell one song?
A: 150 streams for a single.

Q: How many songs do you have to listen to for it to count as an album?

A: 1,500 cumulative streams of any song from an album.

Q: How many times can you listen to one song on one IP address to make it a sale?

A: There is no limit as long as you play at least 30 seconds of a song. (Make it 31 seconds to make sure it registers.

I hope I answered all of your questions.

:dies: funny but not relevant, since neither Apple Music or Spotify are using mp3.

OT - Try them both I guess. If you love iTunes and love all Apple products, then Apple Music would be the obvious place to start. Most people prefer Spotify playlists and on a forum like this where there is a lot of discussion about charts and streaming, you're probably going to want to get Spotity for that reason alone (nothing to stop you keeping both).
