poki Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 (edited) New Britney Spears "Track by Track" Interview Video Aired on The Jonathan Ross Show Today, Will Be Uploaded To YouTube Tonight Britney Spears has been a guest at The Jonathan Ross show again, this time to talk about each of the songs on the album. Her commentary on each song can be found bellow: Anticpating This was one of my favorite songs on "Britney". I was inspired by 70's and 80's happy, disco songs, and really wanted something like this on the album. It's probably one of my most bubbly songs. I like how it stood out on the album, it was really special and different from anything else it had to offer. Brave New Girl This song was the first song that was recorded for In The Zone, so naturally it sounds a lot like something from my previous album. It actually almost didn't make it to the album, I had to keep nagging my label to put it on In The Zone. I'm happy it made it on the record. Extreme Caricature I really wanted this song to be the first single from the album, I feel like it kinda packages the album as a whole. It's a song that makes you dance but holds a deep meaning to it. The music video should be coming very soon, I think the fans are gonna like it. Had Enough This is a more serious dance song, it's somewhat darker than the first three songs on the album, yeah. It's really really cool but it's a bit cheesy on purpose. It goes well on the album and I'm satisfied with it. This is the newest song on the album, I finished writing it during the late stages of the album, I'm happy it managed to squeeze in. I Can Handle It It's a little more like In The Zone, it's got some RnB, Hip Hop influences to it, it talks about the general pressure that comes up from being a celebrity with the fans being the people you want to please the most and all the negative people just wanting to see you fail. It's basically a way to tell all the negative people that they won't bring me down. Let's Get It On It's a funky song that's pretty cool. I actually got approched by Capcom to do a new version of it for Street Fighter 5. I decided to go with it thinking to myself,"why not, I'll do it" *laughs*. I like it, I really do and I think it adds more layers to the album by providing another genre to it. Stopping You Yes, I wrote this with Avril Lavigne back in like, 2001, I'm not sure. It was back before her album came out and I was still promoting "Britney", so it fit the style both of us were doing back then. I found the lyrics we wrote randomly while throwing out a lot of old documents and pages that I didn't need anymore. I called her when I found it and we both laughed like crazy when I was reading it out loud to her. It's very positive and fun. I was surprised at how much I liked it when I found it again. Lonely This song I wrote after a long phone call I had with Justin Timberlake back in 2001. I was very angry at him, I knew something was a bit off about him, but I rolled with it anyways. I wanted it on the album to prove I'm over it all, and that I'm not afraid to promote this song because of him. Nothing Less This was another song I wrote with Avril back in 2005. We didn't think it would fit any of our new albums, but we kept working on it anyways. I like the song, I think it's cool, but it just didn't fit the styles we were looking for back then. I mentioned this song to her as well, I told her she'd get credited and she was thought it would be cool if I release it. Breath On Me So, this song was supposed to be a single from In The Zone, but because of my knee injury the entire era had to be abruptly stopped. I still love this song, it makes me feel sexy, and the fans love it too. I have some ideas about doing something with this song in the future, but I don't know about that yet. We'll see. Chaotic Chaotic is a song that I wrote originally for In The Zone, but it didn't make the cut. Later on we used it for the TV show I had, and my label tried to push me to include it on the album I was working on at the time. I like the song, I think it's different, a little simplistic but very effective with what it has. Do Somethin' I still remember the days when I was working on the music video for this song. It was so fun, it was the first time I ever directed a music video. I loved it and I still watch it sometimes. I think it has some rough edges to it, but over all it's one of my favorites. It kinda foreshadowed the lead single I wanted for my next album, Mona Lisa, which was pretty interesting in my opinion. Before The Goodbye Fun fact, this was originaly supposed to be the lead single of "Britney", but I'm A Slave 4 U was chosen instead. I like how it mixes an acoustic guitar with a dance-y electro sound. I wanted it to at least be as just an album track, I have no idea why my label back then put the song as a bonus track. I'm Still Here This is the second cover song that the album has. It was originally played in the movie Treasure Planet. It has a strong message to it, you can't deny it. It's the kind of message that I would really support back in 2001. I want my sons to have a dad figure with them, a real dad figure, not Kevin. Final words by Britney about the album: I'm really happy about this album guys, I'm sure that you are gonna love the new songs, get good memories popping up from the old songs, and even make new happy memories with this album as a whole. I worked hard on this with my new label, couldn't have done this without them, love you, bye! *blows kiss to the camera with both hands* Edited March 7, 2017 by PoKiTaurus

Blue Velvet Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 (edited) BEATS 1 INTERVIEW WITH ZANE LOWE AND GUEST, BEYONCE Zane Lowe – Z Beyoncé – B Z: Welcome Beyoncé, we are so elated to have you here B: Thank you… it is my pleasure to be here Z: So let’s start off with you first. How have you been doing? B: I’m good…yes..kind of like BeyGood... I’ve been really happy.. What about you? How have you been doing? Z: Me? Well you know.. Busy with work… and stuffs... *both chuckles* Z: So let’s talk about your new song which dropped today, titled ‘Flower Crown’. What is it about? B: You know it is about empowerment. You know what I mean? Flowers.... are so pleasing to look at and so heavenly… so you know.. It is kinda like when you wear a flower crown.. you look beautiful.. you feel beautiful and you feel.. empowered… Its about making feel proud of who you are Z: That is a really good message B: Thank you… Z: So I heard that Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic helped with the song. How was it working with him? B: you know.. He’s amazing. I love his vision, etiquette,… everything about him is so genius. I really enjoyed working with him…You know.. Actually he also worked on a couple of songs on my new album, Pink Lemonade, which will be out soon Z: Oh wow.. So why did you decided to name the album Pink Lemonade? B: You know.. after the release of Lemonade, I began working on new songs for an album….and I felt that those songs would really fit well with Lemonade… so I decided I wanted to do an extended play… As for the name, Pink Lemonade… well, you know,... the color pink is strongly associated with love… happiness and other joyful things.. so with Lemonade,... when life is biter… you make it sweater by making lemonade..hence the term ‘when life gives you lemons, you make lemonades”… so with that I wanted to kinda add a essence of love to the lemonade…and so you know you add pink dye… and it gives you Pink Lemonade! Z: That is an impressive thought process! I could never think of that B: Well you know.. you.. actually, to the listeners of Radio 1, or my Bhives, the meaning will be more clear when you listen to the album from start to finish. The album is coming soon my hives! Z: Thank you for joining us Beyoncé. We hope that you join us again B: Thank you.. I hope to see you soon too Z: Thank you…. you’re lovely… and before we go.. listeners…‘Flower Crown’, the lead single of Pink Lemonade has been released and it is available for streaming on Apple Music as well as for download on iTunes…. prayer Posted March 7, 2017 Author Posted March 7, 2017 _____________________________________ Veronica Fox covers latest issue of Rolling Stone Talks the tour, her new single, & rumored feud w/ fellow model Gisele Bundchen _____________________________________ Full interview can be read below. On her world tour: "The tour so far has been great. We've only done a few North American dates but the turnout and fan reaction has been incredibly rewarding - and well deserved, at the risk of sounding cocky. I make great music, I put on an amazing show, and I give my fans their moneys worth when they come to my show. So make sure you get a ticket!" On her latest single, "Testosterone": "Well 'Testosterone' was a song I worked on with Max Martin, Savan Kotecha, and Ali Payami during one of my many recording sessions that would last a few weeks in Stockholm. It's a really sexy and lustful song, much like the rest of the album, but this track focuses more on the male sexual energy versus the female sexuality that dominates the record. The video is gonna be hot. Lots of nudity, sweat, kissing, and all that stuff you all love." On her feud with Gisele: "I'll say this. She's always been jealous of me, and this is something people in the VS world and fashion world already know. Since I came into the game, she lost the gigs, lost the covers, lost everything because I simply do it better. Now, if she wants to be upset about being second best at what she supposedly does best I can understand that. But Gisele, stay in your lane baby."
