brianc33710 Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 Okay, this is the Top Five audience totals based on Sundays AI report among what MB list as either Current or Recurrent. Songs MB designate as Gold, like Blurred Lines, Dark Horse, Happy, and All Of Me are not included in this list. I am listing the peak position and peak AI totals (through Sunday), and combining all of the peak AIs at once: 1) Shape Of You/#1/250.151/257.05 (#6 all time) 2) Uptown Funk/#1 248.908/279.01(#4 AT) 3) Hello/#1/222.395/256.18 (#8 AT) 4) That's What I Like/#2/220.857/221.98 (#21 AT) 5) See You Again/#1/211.671/241.41 (#11 AT) Five additional songs peaked between 200-210 M, but I didn't feel like going below 210 M. Also, Like has yet to reach #1 (at least, not yet) on MB AI, making Mars the largest audience for non #1 songs. Uptown Funk's 30.1 M difference occurred because UF peaked on different formats at different times. Hello's 33.2 M gap comes from taking a beating at AC from the switch to Christmas music. Hello's airplay surged back on AC, which resulted in a new peak. However, by the time it reached its peak on AC, Hello had already lost substantial amounts of airplay, especially at Top 40. Had Adele released Hello one month earlier, she would have peaked 240-250 M on AI, sold about one million more downloads, and likely would have reached Diamond, and would've had 3-4 more weeks at #1.

Yeah. Ariana,Kesha, Demi and the most recent was Gaga (many other artists too) had huge drops like that before. I came to conclusion that radio drops them all of sudden because something new is about to get released.

Did they do it as a joke, to wind people up? Did they do it to cause controversy? Was there one person involved in making the video who put all the Satanic imagery in there and Ke$ha and everybody else had no idea? Are they really part of the Illuminati or Freemasons? It just confuses me so much. I know a lot of pop girls like Katy, Rihanna, Beyonce and Lady Gaga do it as well, but usually more subtly. Even in the Starboy video recently it's full of black cats and up-side down crosses. Does The Weeknd actually know what he's doing, or were there people mis-leading him into doing that without him noticing? And as far as I know the pop stars NEVER get challenged on it in interviews. If anyone has an example I'd like to see it because I'd want to know how they'd respond, but its all so confusing to me.

If anyone has an example I'd like to see it because I'd want to know how they'd respond, but its all so confusing to me. If I'm not mistaken, her relationship with Dr. Luke started getting much worse during and after that video was made. She didn't explicitly mention the satanic imagery in the video. Maybe that's because she's not allowed to talk about it, and those asking the questions are not permitted and/or instructed not to touch on that topic in interviews. However, even BB, which has in the past called people "batshit crazy" when and where readers try to point out illuminati imagery, questioned why Kesha did this (the video came out well before the shooting), since the majority of her fans were appalled by the video. The fact BB spoke out about Die Young's video being so far over the top satanically really says something. I will try to message you the link to the article later today if you remind me. Also, look up links about Madonna's SB HT performance, as there was a bunch of not so subtle usage of illuminati imagery. I guess after glorifying sex (straight, bisexual, and gay), drugs, violence, etc. to get people's attention, the only thing left was satanism. As for the artists, they are tied to contracts they can't get out of or even complain about. I remember about 20 years ago, I think it was Puff Daddy, had shot a video where he was crucified on a Cross. After speaking with his Minister, he demanded that that part of the video be deleted. The label told him they cut it out, only to have left it in there, which Diddy didn't know about until he saw the video on air. This actually came to blows (physically, literally), and I think lawsuits, against the label and video producer for saying one thing and doing the exact opposite.
