Everything in here is accurate. It's just that it only includes acts they have studied. Not overall. That's why Tik Tok is not there yet.

There isn't a single total that here that is inaccurate, and if you'd read the methodology you'd know why. Also, the positions will change once other acts have been studied and included.

rih has no solo song sold over 10M. :ace: The ‘so-called’ digital queen.

Adele, Gaga, Taylor, Beyoncé, Avril and even katy has at least one solo song sold well over 10M

If MJD hasn't indexed an artist they won't appear on this list yet.

Well unlike Gaga she has multiple hits that span over a span of more than rather than a few huge hits over the span of 2-3 years.

Consistent longevity>a huge peak followed by a major decline. :cm:

We Found Love is basically a solo song like Rita Ora's I Will Never Let You Down (both songs 100% written & produced by C. Harris), Rihanna was just nice enough to have him credited as a featured artist on the song, which gave him a career outside the UK. Umbrella would've smashed with or without Jay-Z 20 seconds verse and Diamonds/Take A Bow are also super close to that mark

That being said, having lots of big hits that sold well over a span of 12 years will always be better than having a few huge hits during the first 2 years of your career and then struggling to get one decent hit for the rest of your career despite relying on discounts

people are still using this amateur site

Probs cause their methodology is super clear and they give accurate numbers, providing breakdowns if necessary and sources if requested.

There has never been and will never be an official source for this kind of stuff so "amateur" is a pretty idiotic insult.

amateur means like it's their hobby to make these things how is it an insult? it's not like any official outlet asks them for receipts..

You said amateur as if that devalued the credibility of the website.

But the point is, there is no official source. So yeh people use this because their numbers are credible and explained in detail.
