Quite a drop for "Fifty Shades" soundtrack:

2015 - "Fifty Shades of Grey"  debuted at no.2 with 258,000 SPS (210,000 pure sales)

2017 - "Fifty Shades Darker" debuted at no.1 with 123,000 SPS (72,000 pure sales)

That's a 53% drop in SPS and 66% drop in pure sales between two releases.

At least it got #1 this time around, so that's a consolation for them.

Adele’s 25, which won the Grammy Award for album of the year, zooms from No. 21 to No. 6 with 47,000 units (up 137 percent). The former No. 1 sold another 30,000 copies in the latest tracking week, gaining 238 percent. Adele also opened the Grammy Awards with a performance of the album’s lead single, “Hello.”

This fact makes me realize how good an album was 1989. Taylor has 2 albums doing more than 52 weeks in top 10. This is an incredible feat!

Actually it's 36th week, I found the info in your thread on the old ATRL "Billboard 200 Chart Run Thread".
