Nicki Minaj and Hailee Steinfeld also got some certifications recently, but that didn't move a spot on the list. Fergie and Camila Cabello move 2 spots - the former BEP singer is now #25 while former 5H singer is #52. Bebe Rexha moves 1 spot and surpasses Carly Rae Jepsen.
