While Janis Joplin moves one spot to #48, Nicki Minaj (as expected) with the new certification surpassed Mariah Carey and is now officially 4th highest certified female artist by RIAA. Their last certifications were in 2010 and 2009 respectively. Both are 3x by RIAA officially. Her other hits like If I Ain't Got You and Fallin are still only Gold because they haven't been re-certified after their original certifications in 2004 and 2006 respectively She is massively under certified! Thanks to basically one certifications there are few non-movers: Rihanna remaining on top and extending her lead, Nicki Minaj and SZA. Since "S&M" is certified 5x Platinum now, I decided to give credit to Britney Spears too and she got another 1 million in certs. Same thing with "Beautiful" and Camila Cabello - both of them are also non-movers. Christina Perri and Kehlani move two spots. Christina is now inside Top 50. Which is why the RIAA is pointless and innacuratem. It doesn't matter how official it is, without automatic updates it will always be wrong.
