ASIB UK update - 338,985 (it sold more this week than last week despite dropping one spot)

If it makes another week at #1 in Australia it'll match TGS for longest #1 of the year!

They should release Always Remember Us This Way as a WW single in the beginning of January. Then, they should release I'll Never Love Again right before the Oscars, thus both songs will benefit from the DVD release, Oscars exposure and re release in the cinemas; two new global smashes! They need to release at least 3 singles from the soundtrack (including Shallow). This is her biggest era since Born This Way and they should milk it. Music to my Eyes and Is That Alright? could do really well too. Heal Me could pull great streaming numbers on Spotify if playlisted.

Overall AI

#37 (+3) LADY GAGA & BRADLEY COOPER - Shallow  41.607 (+1.741)

Shallow is growing thanks to the Spanish Format :jonny5:

Shallow ha mind!!

i agree about the singles! Even if those don’t peak at #1 or anything they could show longevity on the charts

This, I mean the songs performed in full in the movie (Shallow, Maybe It's Time, Always Remember Us This Way and I'll Never Love Again) are already pretty known by the public since the movie is a smash at the box office. Always Remember Us This Way is slaying on Spotify and I'll Never Love Again is doing great on Spotify and slaying on YouTube (70,000,000 views already, without being released as a single, yet). So even if they don't end up peaking high when released as singles it's okay, they will always be remembered (:eli:) since many people will continue to discover the movie over time (thus the songs, and especially the ones performed in full / multiple times). But they should still be released as singles to give them the final push they need. We shouldn't care about the peak for INLA and ARUTW, numbers will be huge and serve longevity which will sell the album. INLA and ARUTW are already Gold eligible in the US. A Smash Era Is Born. :jonny5:

Yes, definitely. It's probably at 1,95m right now, Mediatraffic is underestimating the sales. 2,3 / 2,4m on lock by the end of the year.

Pulling ARTPOP numbers 5 years after and in a declining sales market. :jonny:

To be fair, A Star Is Born (Soundtrack) sales includes streaming, but yeah it's doing way better than ARTPOP and will outsell it with ease. A re peak indeed. :clap3:

For someone who had struggled with streaming for so long, her numbers aren't really that bad. :michael:

OMG @ ASIB nearing Joanne's numbers. The ASIB mini era really helped her streaming. Is Joanne pulling in 1M daily streams?
