mxtthewdelrey Posted January 17, 2018 Author Share Posted January 17, 2018 ANNOUNCEMENT #1. I'M SORRY, THE OLD BANNED ARTISTS AND SONGS LIST CAN'T COME TO THE PHONE RIGHT NOW. WHY? OH, CAUSE SHE'S DEAD. Since taking over hosting ATRL's Song Contest, I wanted to do a full reset of the banned artists and songs list. I realised that it would end up being quite irritating if I fully reset the banned songs list and the same songs were sent again, so instead I have decided to reset the banned songs list apart from the last two seasons (10 & 11) which I hosted. This means that I can easily track songs that have been used because I was hosting for those seasons. The new banned songs list can be found here. As for banned artists, she really is dead. I trust you guys enough to judge whether an artist is being used too much or not. I'm sure if an artist is being overused then that will be reflected in your scoring. Thanks. I'm sure any of you Eurovision fans will have already noticed this but you see the 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-10-12 in the title? That's because this season we're officially introducing Eurovision scoring permanently. Eurovision scoring has been trialled for Eurovision rounds in the past seasons I've hosted, and people called for it to be introduced to the game permanently - well I listened, and it's happening people!
