ionnalee's MOUTH OF A RIVER pt 1-3' — a three-part interconnected album work more than fifteen years in the making, released spring to summer 2026.

The project's existence was first discovered around the time of iamamiwhoami's bounty when a list of registered works was discovered on the ISWC database. While a lot of these related to either iamamiwhoami or Lee's previous solo work, a lot remained unreleased. A number of these unreleased songs were attributed to the unknown performer "mouth of a river", causing mystery to rise around whether it was another album or a separate project altogether. However, during 2020 it was confirmed to be a "collection of songs" written between bounty and kin, and acting as a prequel to BLUE.

The project was mastered and filmed, but ultimately shelved as focus shifted entirely to iamamiwhoami. Despite this, multiple tracks from the "MOAR" era have found new life on other ionnalee albums, with the original version of "open sea" appearing on the KRONOLOGI mixtape in 2020. Clips from the original "open sea" have also resurfaced in various videos such as that for "GENESARETS SJÖ". During the BLUE IN CONCERT tour in 2025, Lee debuted a new song in Mexico. With a lyric seeming to match the unreleased "MOAR" track "black shore", it has lit the flame of speculation that the project could finally be ready for the world to hear. However, nothing is officially confirmed.
