Woah those effects are awesome (although it's too big in kb)
How come your caps in the 1st 1 seem to be like all blurry with the blur moving
also, try to stay away from tons of lines, big animation pics, and effects, this makes it too big. Also, you should try to do more frames. I started out using like 5-10 frames but now Im using like 19-25 each time.
The first one I had to use Windows Movie Maker to crop until I got a nice effect. I also made the frame in MS Paint for both, so that took a while. Thanks for the advice, Shade!
Actually, a lot of lines can look pretty good. Like the MTB one, it has a lot of lines and that makes it look pretty good IMO. And a lot of lines and effects don't really make the KB size much bigger at all, it's mainly how big the animation is, how many colors in the animation, how much movement is in the animation, etc. And if you ever learn how to use photoshop, you can make some pretty kickass backgrounds too so you don't always have to try and fill blank spaces in with random stuff and make it look cluttered =P.
At least you got something going. From what I'm seeing from others, I think your avatars will become more elaborate and cooler over time.
