On November 20th 2012, Tiziano will release the special edition of his hugely successful album L'Amore È Una Cosa Semplice, which contains an 18 minute documentary about his stadium concert in Rome in front of over 50,000 people, and a new EP titled L'Amore È Una Cosa Swing. It will be released digitally in all iTunes stores worldwide.

"I've always wanted to make a swing record. The orchestral world gives a special magic to each song and allows the voice to explore in far more imaginative ways. It's a journey, a beautiful experience, a door that opens and a small dream that's realized. I've listened to swing music since I was little, I liked the idea to pay homage to greats such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Nat King Cole who have granted me so much comfort with their music."

"Since Alla Mia Età I've been thinking of writing songs for an album entirely in this direction but I've never been able to write a sufficient amount in this style. So I decided to choose some of my songs that seem less swing and completely turn them upside down. So "La differenza tra me e te" has become an orchestral suite, "Xverso" almost a lounge song, "Il bimbo dentro" a blues song and "L'Olimpiade" a typical swing standard."

The EP also contains a new version of "Eri come l'oro ora sei come loro", the "TVM/Quiero vivir con vos" medley that Tiziano performed on tour, and Tiziano's version of "Per te", written by Tiziano, Chris Botti and David Foster, and originally released on Botti's album sung by Andrea Bocelli.

Tiziano's previous two albums were both certified diamond, and it's obvious that he's aiming for a third diamond album with this special edition and the huge Italian Christmas sales in mind. Let's hope he succeeds.

I watched the video and didn't understand a word unfortunately, but it sounded so mellow and good.

Ahh good. Well if sound quality is that important to you, just rip the CD to .flac or some other lossless format. That would still be better than iTunes mastered (which is more marketing hype than an actual improvement).

Alright this EP is quite nice, definitely works better as an extra rather than a real album. Not blown away but not disappointed.

I really like the EP, I expected worse from the preview. He managed to put a really nice piece of work together and we have to take it for what it is, it's not like he's done a Swing album and will promote it with singles etc, he did this for fans and for himself since he's always wanted to do something swing/blues/jazz. La Differenza and Per Te are the worst tracks IMO, but they're still cute. I haven't seen the documentary yet cause I'll wait for my physical copy to arrive
