most stories do that to build your connection with the character aka build your fear when they're in fear

Just finished it. It is really interesting to see how those directors are able to manipulate the found footage perspective, and implement them into different horror genre. It is frankly not the scariest movie in my recent memory; however, it offers some creative twists and view points on those cliche genre.

Ps. Although I don't know why there are possibilities for iPhone and Macbook Pro to appear on VHSs.

I didn't understand why the guy started again with another girl at the end or even what they were doing to the girls and who the children were

I really liked the one at the lake, and the one with the girl that kept saying 'I Like You' tho.

Uhh when he went to cut that thing out of the girl, he asked how many more times he would have to do that. There was obviously some kind of paranormal entity using his skills to get something from them that isn't human.
