Pretty sure it is and it's just being passed off as the instrumental for Ke$ha's version to get stans all riled up. I guess it's the same song either way, but we'll never know unless K$'s version leaks.

I think it's the BTR instrumental, which is the final version. Ke$ha's version was more of a demo. There is not as much production on the one that she had.
