Well, it says debut, we can't compare it to anything else.

The answer is Avril, I think it seems clear that Kelly's good era was Breakaway (her second one) and I don't even remember P!nk's debut tbh, but it wasn't strong.

Let Go isn't a weak album, it just has immature lyrics on some songs (the singles are much better quality). Her peak was Under My Skin overall and TBDT for ballads (+ Girlfriend, the rest of the upbeat songs are forgettable).

The only good songs are the singles, its a pretty plain album. But all I said was its Avril's weakest.
