Basically. I'm constantly put down by my friends because I listen to Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera a lot and they keep calling them "bald head and screamy" because that's all they know. They stay listening to Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, The Beatles and they think those artists are like...the best of all time and no other opinion matters. Like it's not my fault I use Britney more the Black Sabbath

Im new on this forum, but that short time I spent here was enough for me to notice something. Here, on ATRL, all of you are comparing artists all the time and there is not even one thread where people dont try to prove that their favorite artist is superior to others. Its fine, those are opinions. Just dont try to imply that music snobs are so much worse. I actually do enjoy going for "acclaimed" music and feel all kinda good and proud of myself, but I don't judge other people's taste.
