Well it would be hypocritical for it to win Best Female since it isn't even nominated for Best Video (which I think it should). But I'll still vote because I'm not the one who created the Best Video nominees.

that doesn't matter .... Beyonce won Best female video with "Naughty girl" over Britney's "Toxic".... despite "Toxic" was nominated for Video of the year, and Beyonce's not.

Hm, I guess that is hypocritical as well then. I personally don't put much high esteem for the VMAs anyway, seeing as things like this happen. If it is fan voted however, I can see how the discrepancy is made.
