Yes. If they're willing to do it once, why wouldn't they do it again? Especially if they're given a second chance. You're basically saying that you do not value yourself or your relationship.

it depends on the motives behind the cheating imo. for example if you're in a long-term serious relationship and you're still lusting after other people with no self control to keep the urges to yourself then ya i'd say once a cheat always a cheat applies. if you're unable to control yourself when you're in that position, you shouldn't be in a relationship to begin with so yeah i'd say 'once a cheat always a cheat' would apply to people who are like this

Depends, in my case I cheated on my boyfriend because I didn't really love him but I'm sure that when I trully love someone I won't ever cheat on that person.
If it is in the same relationship, definetely, if you cheat on someone once you are willing to cheat on him more

but if you get with another person things might change

i know from my experience iv cheated on one guy because he was a complete idiot and made me feel like **** but since then iv only been with good guys and felt no need or desire to cheat
