Xtina is a vocal powerhouse, but so is Gaga, in her own way. In Gaga's hands we have the monotone vocals in the verses/bridge and the big pop hook. Perhaps not much of a vocal showcase, but Gaga does what the song itself calls for.

Now if the song was given to Xtina she would just find a way to shriek and do runs and vocal backflips all over the damn song- which leads me to another point: I really hate when artists feel the need to do those sort of vocal exercises. It just screams (literally sometimes) "hey look what I can do" and it really just does no service to the actual song.

Poker Face has kinda robotic vocals and I think Christina likes to add her random-ass noises/groans and little melismas

so the answer is no she probably couldn't do Poker Face.
