I agree. The mass genocides in Rwandan genocide was largely ignored until the very end. Some people don't even know about the atrocities in the genocide unless they saw the film.

In America, Burma is much like North Korea. They are like a black listed country that no attention is given to for reasons stemming from previous conflict.

It sucks, I have friends from Myanmar and they are some of the most beautiful and friendly people.

Exactly. Does anybody remember the Indian Ocean tsunami that affected many countries like Thailand? The only reason it got so much media coverage because there were so many western tourists who were victims too. In fact, they were the ones who got the most attention.

The official name is now Myanmar and it's a Southeast Asian country. Near South Asia.

It depends, if its political they aren't gonna take it down. YouTube mostly takes down anything sexual, but when its stuff like this to make a point or spread a message they'll just make it 18+

Foreigners don't really go there so it's hard for respectable media sources to cover this properly. It's also completely unclear whether this is even close to a genocide. On both sides people have been killed.
