"Mmm papi" is literally one of the most hated songs of Britney Spears' career, the song was universally panned by audiences and fans as well, professional critics gave the song mixed to negative reviews, though the production of the song was not critized the most proffesional bad critics went to the lyrical content, one critic called "Mmm papi" the most disturbing song on the album.
"Mmm papi" features music genres such as latin pop, dancehall, and Rock N roll, but to be honest I don't feel the latin sound is really present or typical there (Latin ATRLers would agree with me), I think the song was meant to be just exotic, and I even feel some Asian rather than latin vibes on the instrumentation of the song.
The song has a fun spirit and hippie vibe.
But lets discuss... is it really that bad?.... I don't find it that bad.
