Native languages do count.

Clarification: languages count when you can have a conversation in given language. You don't need to be close to a native speaker's level for it to count. Sign language therefore counts as well.

Voting for 2 - I speak Norwegian (1st) + English (2nd) the best.
A bit French since I've learned it at school for 2 years now. I can speak a bit Swedish/Danish as well since both are pretty similiar to Norwegian.

I can speak Dutch (as I am Dutch), English, and can understand and speak quite a bit of German, but by far not good enough.
I used to know French a bit but I forgot it all...
