Mariah never discounted ANY of the songs in the OP. Heartbreaker and Loverboy are the only songs she's ever discounted. "My All" and "Honey" were withheld from being downloaded at one point in time, so that when they finally were able to be purchased, the influx of downloads pushed to them to high positions. That's what "payola" is. Surpressing downloads
