Miley Cyrus, 19, has added to her collection of ink. The future Mrs. Liam Hemsworth displayed what has to be her most visible tattoo yet, a quote on her left forearm, Tuesday while leaving a Pilates class in West Hollywood. The tattoo features a quote from an unlikely source: former President of the United States Theodore Roosevelt. It reads, "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat."

I usually like word tattoos, but this one doesn't do it for me. Just because it's just a block of words in the middle of her arm.
Still, it's her body and she can do what she wants. lol.
