First of all, what is the "x factor"... Britney fans are always saying she just "has it", but what about Gaga?

I think Gaga has it. She's really talented alone without all the crazy outfits. She also has great stage presence.

I feel like the gimmick thing was more of a confidence thing. If you take Gaga today and strip her down to a just her and a piano, she will deliver. She definitely has the "x factor". Plus, you don't get into a music school like Tisch without having talent.

Honestly, no. Shes rather unremarkable when she looks normal. She has talent but unless she's doing something or looking crazy, she's pretty forgettable. Bey, Rihanna and Britney have the x factor though.
