Yes. I've never liked Trey, but lately he has been delivering solid R&B cuts and he has a huge fanbase, so i'm positive he'll do higher numbers than Chris and Usher.
Not PPP numbers, but probably around 180k.

One thing that Trey has going for mhim is that even though his singles are garbage (Bottoms Up, Say Aah, LOL ,Bitches and Drinks) the rest of the album is so good it makes crap like that forgivable. his fans are used to that formula by now. He'll pass 200k
