In regards to the first MV, Jay never officially confirmed that - he just thought it was a possibility as the album/single artwork and perfume commercial were done at that time.
The MV very well could be already shot. If you knew anything...even an ounce about sound engineering, you would know that tweaking consists of sonically making subtle changes. Seeing as the filming of a MV is strictly visual (aside from any dialogue), it doesn't matter how they tweak it. Lyrics aren't going to be changed, so Gaga's lipping on the video (as all MV are obviously lip-synced) will fit regardless of any tweaking.
Finally - don't be an ass. We've been proven to be good sources in the past (prime example being we knew Mutt Lange produced Y&I before Gaga announced it - just look at past BTW threads).
Be thankful some news has been spilled instead of being a doubting douchebag.

I'm definitely interested in what she's gonna release. But her and her team overhyped BTW and it sucked. I'll take what this guy says regarding the music quality with a grain of salt.
