I love paula abdul (Vibeology and Forever your girl album [particularly i need you]) slays but it would have been really difficult to maintain a career with her style of music. Now did this happen before or after the 1995 flop album because I feel like she is making it seem like she ended off on Spellbound and just disappeared.

She had the plane crash during the Spellbound Era, hence she didn't tour and perform as much as before during the 1995 album, I think it was under promoted tbh

But I always thought her injuries and the medication got in the way of her furthering her career. I think most people just assume she flopped and faded away.

Yeah, most people think that because all this happened during the time MTV was banning her videos and she was just overall flopping. Other artists started to replace her and she just disappeared. And it's so sad because she was SO good and belonged on that stage. I truly believe she could have had a big comeback had this other stuff never happened to her. Knowing that she co-wrote Kylie's "Spinning Around" and it was meant for her comeback feels awful, it could have been one of her biggest hits. She just couldn't do it when she was in so much pain so Kylie got the song.

that explains why she never was able to dance again like she used to , meaning with sharp moves and amazing FAST hand and feet gestures
in "dance like there's no tomorrow", her dance moves are so slow and now i know why
she's very limited in what she can do, due to her spinal surgical operations

Wow, and then to think that 'Spinning Around' is what brought Kylie back on the map.
