The hashtag say is the keyword(s) in the tweet here. Do you think that 'Broke in Brooklyn' is a song title? During 2010 Gaga tweeted several BTW song titles in hashtags or in random places. It sounds like a Gaga song title

The thing is monsters have been right at times. Just as Gaga tweeted about peroxide, and just as she put the Electric Chapel sign in the Judas video. Sometimes they reach (like searching for dates in her lipstick)
