A TRICK MY GRANDMA TAUGHT ME:
When you wake up have a journal and pen next to you to write down EVERY single detail from your dream you had the night before. As time progresses, you will have a dream every night, and start to remember everything, and finally gain the ability to control them.

I started in October of last year, I could remember everything by January and control them in February and it is super fun to look back on all the crazy things you dreams about.

Lord, I hope I never unwillingly experience it. It sounds beyond frightening. I wish I had the guts to try to experience it, but I don't have the will power to.

I Do the same
I used to be able to control my dreams once in awhile
but then i research it and learn what you said and been controlling my dream ever since!!

And as in, like a dream within a dream? Yeah, I have!

The one I just recently posted about my bed floating can be counted as one of them. I've had that one a few times.

Another one I've had was where I was dreaming of myself sleeping but I could hear what everyone else in the house was doing. It was quite odd.

I can't control all of the stuff, only like weather, what Im wearing, and if it a good dream or not.

I am also going to try that paralysis thing in a minute. I want to try it and just tell you guys how it turned out. I am sort of scared though

You are going to need a book&pen&patience

Write ALL your dream in a book the SECOND you wake up!!!
Even if you only remember the wall of the room being red
Any detail is good
Then keep doing so EVERY SINGLE day and after awhile you'll start being able to control some stuff until you can control EVERYTHING in your dream
