Right? I'm easily scared by things like that.

And this isn't a scary story but when I was little my grandma told me to never stare at the ceiling / corners of the walls when I'm falling asleep because my mind will start creating scary mental images.

Ever since then, I try not to look up and cover up my head with my blankets. But when I do, I swear I see eyes or a face. and when I saw insidious and that scene where the red demon was at the corner of the wall, it just made matters worse.

I'm such a *****.

Now this explains a lot, why I have so many nightmares with "Squidward Suicide" and with that clown from creepy pastas on youtube

The Squidwards suicide photo was HORRIBLE, it didn`t let me sleep for 2 day`s i had to think of Katy`s Lollipop tit`s to calm me down.

I wouldn't consider it the same. When you have a lucid dream it's just having a dream within a dream, with sleep paralysis, it seems more realistic. I don't know. You have to experience both to make a comparison. For me, it's hard to explain, but I wouldn't say they're the same thing.

I think i know what u mean. Lucid Dreams are like, seems very real, u feel like u are really in the dream but is not really real, like u arent really in that place of the dream while on sleep paralysis u are half awake, half dreaming but u know were u are and that place is the same as u really are in, if that makes any sense.

Exactly. You know lucid dreams are fake once you wake up but when you wake up from just experiencing sleep paralysis it feels all too real, especially since you are half awake. I know what you're saying.

I dont know if any of u read about the thread that I created few weeks ago about Dreams/nightmares coming true and one of them actually came I remember I had this dream that I was in a funeral where all my familly was crying and I was the only one there who wasnt crying and I was so worried cause I didnt knew what was happening. 2 days later my niece died and on the next day it was the funeral and it was so similar to that dream
