With the host of music competition shows out there comes a slew of ladies ready to claim their title as the ultimate pop diva.

But with the women of American Idol, The Voice, and The X Factor to choose from, who will win? Here are our rankings!

5) Nicole Scherzinger

Nicole receives the spot in last place because of her celebrity status in comparison to the other ladies on the list. As a former member of the Pussycat Dolls, she doesn’t come close to the likes of Paula Abdul or Britney Spears.

But she did a great job on both The Sing-Off and The X Factor, and is preparing to judge The X Factor UK.

4) Paula Abdul

Though Paula’s been in this business the longest, she’s far too nice to be considered a “diva.” If anything, Simon Cowell ranks way above her on the high maintenance scale. Paula was an original judge on American Idol and then followed Simon to The X Factor.

3) Jennifer Lopez

You don’t fool us JLo, we remember the Bennifer days. You are a diva in your own right even though you may have fooled American Idol contestants into thinking you’re sweet and innocent.

2) Britney Spears

Even though we haven’t seen Britney judge yet, her pop diva status proceeds her. There’s no doubt she’ll be Xtina’s biggest competition this fall on The X Factor.

People should get used to Christina topping this list. It is refreshing that she has found her niche in the industry after the general public kicked her out of the recording industry and movie-making business. So happy for her.

Reality TV shouldn't be a career path, but a side project.

Brit, at #2, without an episode aired, has the right idea. Signed on for 1 year I think and will be on the road with albums/tours after.

Christina, however, has nothing else going on.
